Senior Executive – Warehousing & Logistics

About the role

Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking a Senior Executive to lead warehousing and logistics operations across Pakistan. The role oversees end‑to‑end logistics for multiple commodities, ensuring efficient transport, inventory control, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics for purchase and sales of multiple commodities, including capacity planning and service level monitoring across all transport modes.
• Lead the field logistics team (Pan‑Pakistan) and coordinate daily operations, reporting, and travel as required.
• Maintain relationships with customers, brokers, logistics service providers, and suppliers; conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
• Develop and manage the annual logistics budget for warehousing and transport, reviewing supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Oversee inventory movements, warehouse efficiency, data integrity, and physical reconciliation with inventory systems.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with transporters, ensuring timely payments and building a reliable transport network for cotton.
• Enforce SHE policies and SOPs throughout logistics activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, textile spot markets, or procurement.
