Senior Finance Executive

About the role

Energy Nd Automation (ENA Pakistan), part of Jaffer Business Systems, is looking for a Senior Finance Executive to manage its day-to-day financial operations. The role covers sales order processing, customer invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, cash flow monitoring and financial reporting, working closely with internal departments, customers and management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales orders, customer invoicing and coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues
• Prepare AR reports, monitor outstanding balances and follow up on timely collections
• Monitor daily cash inflows and give regular receivables and collection updates to management
• Record customer receipts, invoice adjustments and tax-related transactions accurately
• Work with the Tax and Corporate Finance teams on tax compliance, bank reconciliations and vendor payments
• Support project cash flow planning and fund availability
• Monitor expenses and ensure accurate General Ledger allocation
• Maintain financial forecasts and support month-end closing (revenue, COGS, expense booking, deferred accounts and provisions)
• Prepare financial reports, management updates and the company financial playbook
• Coordinate with Logistics and SCM teams on inventory matters
• Calculate account managers' incentives and verify invoice payment status for commissions and markups
• Review monthly company markups and perform other finance tasks as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
• MBA or ACCA (part-qualified or qualified) preferred

Required skills

• Accounting software such as SAP, Oracle or QuickBooks
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance
• MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
