Senior Finance Manager – AI & Automation Focus

About the role

Hightech Solutions is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead its finance function with a strong focus on AI and automation. The role will transform finance from reactive reporting to predictive, data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own all financial operations, reporting, and compliance across the organization.
• Design and maintain AI‑enabled budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow models.
• Leverage automation and AI to improve accuracy, speed, and financial visibility.
• Provide forward‑looking financial insights and dashboards to senior leadership.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, audits, and tax planning activities.
• Implement robust financial controls and risk‑management frameworks.
• Integrate finance systems with company‑wide data platforms.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external advisors.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA finalist.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial leadership.
• Prior senior finance role with relevant certifications.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, and modern ERP systems.
