About the role

Descon Engineering Limited is seeking a seasoned Full‑Stack Developer who will also act as a System Analyst. The role involves designing, building and maintaining robust applications on the Microsoft technology stack while translating business needs into technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain scalable .NET applications, web APIs and backend services.
Perform system analysis, gather requirements and produce technical design documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into functional solutions.
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews and automated testing.
Apply secure coding standards and address vulnerabilities.
Maintain and enhance legacy systems built with ASP.NET Web Forms, WCF or earlier .NET versions.
Troubleshoot, debug and optimise existing applications.
Participate in architecture and design decisions and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
Strong background in system analysis, requirement gathering and technical documentation.
Proven ability to work with legacy codebases and modern front‑end frameworks.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
