Senior Growth & Outreach Manager

About the role

Workwez is seeking a Senior Growth & Outreach Manager to lead its outbound growth strategy for performance‑marketing agencies in the USA and UK. You will own the end‑to‑end process of identifying high‑quality prospects, crafting outreach campaigns, and turning conversations into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the outbound growth strategy.
• Build and refine prospect lists using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Identify and target agency founders, CEOs, COOs, partners and heads of operations in the USA and UK.
• Write, test and optimise cold‑email sequences, subject lines, CTAs and messaging angles.
• Conduct one‑to‑one LinkedIn outreach with decision‑makers and nurture warm prospects.
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn content for the CEO and manage Workwez’s LinkedIn and X/Twitter presence.
• Review lead quality from junior BD operators and provide guidance on ICP qualification and signal research.
• Train and mentor junior team members on outreach best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in B2B outbound, SDR, lead generation or growth roles.
• Proven success with LinkedIn outreach and cold‑email campaigns.
• Excellent written English and ability to craft persuasive business content.
• Creative thinker with strong research abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing agencies or B2B SaaS go‑to‑market strategies.
