Senior Lecturer – Accounts & Finance (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for experienced teaching faculty members in Accounts & Finance to join our university on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role involves delivering undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, and supporting departmental activities in line with HEC Pakistan guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials for undergraduate and graduate programmes.
• Teach subjects such as Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Financial Statement Analysis.
• Develop and update course outlines, teaching materials and assessment tools.
• Provide academic guidance, mentorship and support to students.
• Conduct and publish research in HEC‑recognized journals.
• Participate in curriculum development, accreditation and departmental review processes.
• Engage in seminars, workshops, conferences and professional development activities.
• Build industry linkages and facilitate student internship and job placement opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified with an advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at university level.
• Research experience with publications in recognized academic journals.
• Commitment to academic quality and student development.
