Senior Limo Anywhere Dispatch & Affiliate Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead daily fleet operations, dispatch trips, and grow our affiliate network for the luxury transportation market in New York. The role combines real‑time reservation management with proactive outreach to partner fleets across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily bookings in Limo Anywhere, issue confirmations and map reservation details accurately.
• Oversee live dispatch boards, assign trips, track vehicle locations and monitor flight arrivals to ensure on‑time performance.
• Handle live chats, phone calls and email inquiries, addressing route changes and client requests in real time.
• Utilize Limo Anywhere’s affiliate features to send farm‑out requests, conduct daily email outreach and make outbound calls to negotiate rates and expand the partner network.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on livery dispatch experience using Limo Anywhere.
• In‑depth knowledge of the New York tri‑state market, including airports, borough routing, tolls and peak traffic patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written English with confidence in making outbound cold and warm calls to US business partners.
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore during US Eastern hours (5 PM‑2 AM PKT).
