Senior Management Accountant - ACCA Qualified

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to lead financial reporting, budgeting and data analysis for UK‑based companies. The role involves turning raw financial data into insightful reports and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse management accounts for UK entities.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Design data models and automate data‑collection routines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate data entry.
• Perform management reporting, reconciliations and respond to client inquiries.
• Post receipts and general‑ledger entries in the accounting system.

Required profile

• ACCA qualified or affiliate with 4‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English communication and strong time‑management skills.
• Understanding of data ethics and solid accounting fundamentals.
• Hands‑on bookkeeping experience, including purchase ledger, sales ledger and reconciliations.
• Experience working with ERP software.
