About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan's leading online real estate portal, is looking for a Senior Manager Project Sales to lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships within the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue.
• Identify, pursue and negotiate new business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations.
• Understand client requirements and present relevant property units.
• Conduct site visits and demonstrations to support informed client decisions.
• Close deals efficiently while maintaining a high conversion rate.
• Foster long‑term client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, pitches and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 10‑14 years of experience in business development, sales or a related function.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
