Senior Manager – Risk & Management Consulting

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead risk and management consulting engagements, overseeing teams that deliver internal audit, risk assessment, and business process re‑engineering projects for large corporate clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engagement teams to execute client assignments, including data analysis, process walkthroughs, and coordination with client stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to the firm’s quality standards, methodologies, and engagement‑specific requirements.
• Assist senior team members in preparing client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and other project documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, auditing/accounting standards, regulatory developments, and best practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment through internal training, knowledge‑sharing initiatives, and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) – ICAP, with training completed at a top‑tier audit firm.
• Experience leading complex internal audit, risk assessment, gap analysis, and business process re‑engineering engagements.
• Familiarity with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop standard operating procedures and policies for large corporate clients.
• Industry experience in textile, pharma, engineering & construction, hospitality, retail, or IT is advantageous.
• Strong communication, report writing, presentation, and team‑management skills.
