About the role

The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition leads the end‑to‑end recruitment agenda for ASA Microfinance Bank, aligning talent strategies with the bank’s business objectives. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the role ensures a seamless hiring experience for managers and candidates while maintaining compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, own, and implement talent acquisition strategies and policies across the entire bank.
• Supervise recruitment for field, operational, and head‑office positions, ensuring high‑volume and niche hiring needs are met.
• Drive DEI and PWD hiring initiatives, embedding inclusive practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high‑volume roles.
• Partner with department heads for workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
• Mentor and guide the TA team to achieve hiring SLAs and quality standards.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, analytics, and regular reporting to senior management.
• Strengthen employer branding via career pages, social media, and engagement events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring approvals, and local labor regulations.
• Develop relationships with universities, external agencies, and recruitment partners.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably in banking.
• 3‑5 years in a supervisory or lead TA role.
• Proven track record hiring for field, branch‑level, and head‑office positions.
• Hands‑on experience with DEI and PWD hiring frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in recruitment or talent management are a plus.
