Senior Marketing Executive – Strategy & Business Growth

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Marketing Executive to shape and execute growth‑focused marketing strategies across Pakistan, the UK and the USA. The role will combine market analysis, offer creation and lead‑generation to acquire new clients while staying within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, competitors and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop competitive market‑entry strategies for Pakistan, the UK and the USA.
• Create compelling service packages, pricing models and offers to attract new clients.
• Design and run lead‑generation campaigns, sales funnels and client acquisition initiatives.
• Identify partnership opportunities and improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Plan, optimise and monitor marketing campaigns to maximise ROI within the allocated budget.
• Track KPIs, conversion rates, CAC and overall campaign performance.
• Use market research and data analytics to refine strategies and increase revenue.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing strategy, business development and client acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of the Pakistan, UK and USA markets.
• Background in B2B marketing, preferably within IT services, web development, SEO, AI automation or software development.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to measure performance and demonstrate results.
