Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end supply chain solutions on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will work closely with solution architects, project managers and client stakeholders to shape production, maintenance, inventory and warehousing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops covering procurement, inventory, warehousing, production and maintenance.
• Own functional design for supply chain modules and ensure alignment with overall architecture.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations supply chain components according to approved designs.
• Document end‑to‑end process flows for planning, purchasing, inbound, storage, production, outbound and returns.
• Set up and optimise inventory and warehouse management, including locations, tracking, reservations and mobile workflows.
• Design and configure production processes such as BOMs, routings, production orders and shop‑floor execution.
• Collaborate with maintenance and asset management teams to integrate spare‑parts, work orders and warehouse activities.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks and test scripts.
• Support data migration for supply‑chain master data and open transactions.
• Lead user training, support user‑acceptance testing and provide go‑live assistance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX supply‑chain consultant.
• Strong knowledge of full supply‑chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and planning.
• Hands‑on expertise with production BOMs, routings, production orders and shop‑floor execution.
• Experience with maintenance or asset‑management processes and their interaction with inventory and warehousing.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
