Senior NetSuite ERP Business Analyst

About the role

Provox Global Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements definition for a NetSuite ERP implementation at a U.S. private-equity-backed industrial manufacturing company. The role is embedded with the client's leadership team and is based onsite in Pakistan, working from the start of the project to model business processes and drive the ERP transformation. You will report to Provox's Pakistan operations on HR, hiring and performance, while taking project direction from the client's executive sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current-state workflows and design optimized future-state processes, documenting them with BPMN or flowcharts and recommending automation or standardization.
• Lead workshops, interviews and discovery sessions with stakeholders, and maintain Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications and process maps.
• Collaborate with the NetSuite implementation partner to turn requirements into system configurations, run fit-gap analyses and advocate a configuration-over-customization approach.
• Define and improve end-to-end processes across finance, operations, manufacturing and sales (e.g., lead-to-quote, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, order-to-cash).
• Act as the main link between business stakeholders and technical teams, keep requirements traceable, clarify scope and manage change requests, applying both waterfall and agile methods.
• Support data migration planning, coordinate user acceptance testing and help with change management, identifying gaps, risks and dependencies early.

Required profile

• Minimum 8+ years as a Business Analyst on technology implementation projects, with a proven track record in ERP or large-scale system implementations.
• 5 years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience; 3 years in business requirements analysis and requirements gathering and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English, able to communicate confidently at executive level, with strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work independently.
• Preferred: background in industrial manufacturing, supply chain, distribution or field service; prior work with third-party ERP implementation partners; exposure to data migration, UAT or change management.

Required skills

• Hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation experience, including lead-to-quote, design-to-build, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce and order-to-cash.
• Process mapping (BPMN or flowcharts) and detailed BRDs and functional requirements.
• Practical experience with waterfall and agile delivery methods.
