Senior Officer – Trade Operations (Import & Export)

About the role

Faysal Bank Ltd is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Officer to manage trade operations focused on import and export activities. The role ensures compliance with international trade regulations, customs documentation, and UCP 600 standards while supporting the bank’s trade finance services.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage import and export trade finance transactions, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
• Prepare, verify, and review letters of credit, documentary credits and related documentation in line with UCP 600.
• Coordinate customs clearance and maintain accurate customs documentation.
• Conduct trade data analysis to improve operational efficiency and support decision‑making.
• Handle regulatory reporting and ensure timely submissions to authorities.
• Monitor changes in trade policies, update internal procedures, and support audit and compliance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in trade operations, trade finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of international trade compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively within the bank’s trade operations framework without direct team management responsibilities.
