Treasury Intern

About the role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a motivated Treasury Intern to support daily payout‑side treasury activities under close supervision. This internship provides practical exposure to cash management, treasury controls, banking processes and payout operations in a fast‑moving international payments business.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily payout‑side cash balances, funding requirements, liquidity positions, FX deals and wire settlements.
• Prepare and maintain payout funding trackers, fund payout accounts within bank cut‑off times, and track allocation of funds to partners.
• Support funding planning for weekends, public holidays and high‑volume periods.
• Monitor pending FX deals, wires and settlements, report settlement breaks and data discrepancies.
• Prepare reconciliation files, keep transaction confirmations and bank records accurate, and assist in daily reporting on funding, partner balances and cash‑flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic understanding of banking, payments, cash management or treasury operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
