Senior Product Specialist - AI

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to own the full product lifecycle of AI‑driven B2B solutions, from ideation to scaling. You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales and marketing to deliver intuitive software and hardware that empower restaurant staff, owners and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development from 0‑to‑1 and scale successful products from 1‑to‑100.
• Work cross‑functionally with design, engineering, sales and marketing teams.
• Define product strategy using user feedback, research and data‑driven insights.
• Drive AI‑powered feature development alongside AI and ML engineers.
• Translate AI capabilities such as LLMs and predictive models into seamless user experiences.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of product management experience, preferably in fast‑growth startups.
• Proven track record of leading successful B2B product initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with strong mentorship and leadership abilities.
• Deep understanding of market research, roadmap planning and analytics.
• Ability to work closely with technical AI teams.
