Key responsibilities
- Lead marketing and business development for Certificate of Deposit products.
- Drive deposit mobilization through retail and institutional channels.
- Develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail banking, portfolio management, or compliance, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
