Senior Research Executive – Market Research

About the role

The Senior Research Executive will lead and manage market research projects from proposal design through execution, analysis and presentation, turning complex data into actionable insights for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Management: Independently manage small to medium‑scale research projects, develop proposals, sampling frameworks, cost estimates and design research instruments aligned with client objectives.
• Data Analysis & Insight Development: Lead data processing, validation and interpretation, create insight‑based reports and integrate quantitative, qualitative and secondary data into comprehensive business stories.
• Client Servicing & Relationship Building: Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, present findings, provide actionable recommendations and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Team Development: Mentor junior researchers or interns, collaborate with operations, analytics and visualization teams, and support business development efforts.

Required profile

• Graduated with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in the market research industry.
• Strong analytical ability with proven numeracy skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
