About the role

You will create, film, edit and publish short‑form health‑focused content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. The role blends video production, on‑camera presenting and copywriting to make medical information engaging and accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit Reels, TikTok videos and carousel posts.
• Produce educational clips, doctor Q&As, patient testimonials and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Write hooks, captions and on‑screen text in clear English for a North‑American audience.
• Maintain the content calendar, schedule posts and respond to comments and DMs in brand voice.
• Track performance metrics (views, watch time, saves, follows) and use data to suggest new ideas.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of social‑media or content‑creation experience (personal accounts count).
• Portfolio of self‑produced videos or posts.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and giving simple direction during shoots.
• Strong spoken and written English suitable for Canadian or American audiences.
• Detail‑oriented, creative and able to meet deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for design.
• Experience using video‑editing tools such as CapCut or InShot.
• Ability to capture steady, well‑lit phone video with clear audio.
