Google Ads Executive

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Executive to plan, execute, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns for our international clients. The role focuses on generating quality leads, improving campaign performance and efficiently managing advertising budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop compelling ad copy, optimise ads for higher CTR and conversions, and run A/B tests on copy, bidding strategies and landing pages.
• Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust bids, budgets and keyword targeting.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4 and GTM, and generate regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, design and development teams to improve overall campaign outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads or PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with international clients, especially in Australian or UK markets, is a plus.
