Senior Sales Officer for Truck Dispatch Campaign

About the role

Divine Dispatch is seeking a Senior Sales Officer to lead its Truck Dispatch Campaign. Based in Lahore, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating new business by engaging carriers and owner‑operators and converting them into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound sales calls.
• Present dispatch service offerings, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and report results to management.
• Support customer retention by addressing client concerns and providing ongoing service improvements.

Required profile

• Strong English communication and customer‑facing abilities.
• Proven experience in sales operations with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Background in logistics or trucking, especially dispatch processes, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
