Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote)

About the role

Cloudsquare is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer based in Lahore, Pakistan, working remotely with a shift of 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST. The role covers building and configuring scalable Salesforce solutions, from declarative configuration to custom code, and supporting QA and deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Permissions) and programmatic logic (Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, APIs).
• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes against Cloudsquare's product architecture before implementation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to clarify requirements and validate feasibility.
• Take part in technical and architecture design reviews following development, naming and security standards.
• Write efficient, bulk-safe, maintainable code that respects Salesforce governor limits and product guidelines.
• Conduct unit testing and self-validation, document components, support QA with test scenarios and bug fixes, and contribute reusable components to the Delivery Knowledge Hub.
• Partner with Product and Delivery teams so customizations align with product standards and do not duplicate existing features.
• Assist in deployments, including metadata migration via Salesforce DX, Change Sets or Git-based version control.
• Optimize solutions for performance, security and maintainability, stay current on Salesforce releases and tools, and communicate risks early.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, combining declarative configuration and custom code.
• Proven success building and deploying solutions on Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Experience in a productized delivery model or enhancing managed packages preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with minimal supervision.
• Prior exposure to lending or financial services is a plus.

• Apex, including asynchronous operations, trigger frameworks and test-driven development.
• Lightning Web Components and custom UI development.

• REST/SOAP API integrations and data migration.
