Senior Social Media & Paid Ads Manager (Remote)

About the role

Resort Life has been booking Maldives resort holidays since 2006 and now represents more than 180 resorts; it is also a travel-tech company with an AI concierge, an AI-powered resort map and a voice engine. It is looking for an experienced social media and paid ads manager to grow its audience and turn attention into enquiries and bookings. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in Nigeria and Pakistan especially.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and X, covering audiences, creative testing, budgets and reporting.
• Own the social content strategy across Instagram, TikTok and X, with short-form video at the centre, and turn viral ideas and trends into clear creative briefs.
• Set up and maintain tracking with the Meta pixel and GA4, and report on what drives enquiries and bookings.
• Test, measure and scale what works, and cut what does not.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional social media and paid ads experience.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and X Ads, with budgets managed and ROAS or CPA results achieved.
• At least one campaign or account that was grown or went viral, with numbers such as reach, views, follower growth, engagement or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a similar field, or equivalent proof of results.
• Travel, hospitality or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
• Good English and comfort working remotely to deadlines.
