About the role
Securiti Sciences is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test (SDET) to drive quality excellence from concept to delivery. The role goes beyond traditional developer or QA work, using knowledge of system architecture and data flow to make strategic automation decisions (API vs. UI), spot issues at scale and champion quality improvements across the entire SDLC.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement robust automation strategies (API, UI, etc.)
- Analyze system architecture and data flows to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed quality upstream
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes
Required profile
- 5+ years of work experience in software test engineering, preferably at an enterprise SaaS organization responsible for application and/or security testing of web and/or network applications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science; MIS is desirable but other candidates with strong, relevant experience will be considered
- Proactive mindset and passion for quality excellence
Required skills
- Strong programming skills and experience with automation frameworks
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
