Senior Technical Recruitment Sourcer (Headhunter)

About the role

Talent Finder, a UK‑based online recruitment solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruitment Sourcer to work remotely from Pakistan. You will focus on proactively identifying and engaging passive technical talent for specialist UK vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Source technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and other platforms.
• Headhunt passive professionals, build relationships and maintain talent pipelines.
• Perform advanced Boolean searches and market mapping to locate hard‑to‑find talent.
• Screen candidates against technical requirements and schedule interviews via the ATS.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruitment Sourcer or Talent Sourcer.
• Proven track record of headhunting passive candidates for technical or engineering roles.
• Experience with UK recruitment processes.
• University degree.
