Senior US Medical Biller (Full-Cycle RCM)

About the role

Mohenara provides medical billing services to US medical practices and is hiring an experienced biller to manage day-to-day billing operations across the full revenue cycle. The position is full-time and on-site in Rawalpindi, working Monday to Friday on a night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, including referrals and authorization requirements.
• Review charges, submit claims and resolve clearinghouse rejections.
• Post ERA/EOB payments, reconcile payments and submit secondary claims.
• Investigate denials, prepare corrected claims and appeals, and follow up on unpaid claims by phone and payer portal.
• Maintain accurate account notes and document billing procedures.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of hands-on US medical billing experience, including at least 2 years of full-cycle billing.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers, and a strong understanding of ERAs, EOBs, denial codes and timely filing.
• Clear spoken English for payer calls and strong written English for appeals and practice communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with at least one billing or practice management system.
• US medical billing, full-cycle revenue cycle management, claims submission, denial management and appeals, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Relevant multi-specialty billing, clearinghouse/EDI experience, or CPC/CPB certification is an advantage (certification is not mandatory).
