Site Supervisor (Interior) & Factory Project Manager

About the role

Regal Interiors is looking for experienced professionals to lead interior site execution and manage furniture factory production. Both positions are full‑time, onsite and report directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise interior works on project sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate daily activities of carpenters, painters, electricians and other trades.
• Monitor material usage, labour, measurements and daily progress, providing regular updates.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Plan and manage the complete production cycle of the furniture factory, from design to delivery.
• Synchronise efforts between design, procurement, production and installation teams.
• Track project costs, timelines, quality and labour efficiency.
• Maintain production reports and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising interior construction or managing factory production.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades or departments on a daily basis.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, quality standards and project timelines.
• Hands‑on approach to monitoring materials, labour and site progress.
• Effective problem‑solving skills to address on‑site or production challenges.
