Social Media Chat Support Officer

About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is hiring a full-time, office-based Social Media Chat Support Officer in Karachi. The office is open Monday to Saturday, with morning hours from 11 AM to 8 PM and afternoon hours from 2 PM to 11 PM. The role handles real-time customer interactions through live chat and voice on social media.

Key responsibilities

• Handle real-time customer interactions through live chat and voice on social media, giving accurate information, resolving queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Convert leads into customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Technical Support to resolve customer issues.
• Make sure all chats meet quality and response time standards.

Required profile

• Experience of voice and text chat on social media.
• Matric, Intermediate, graduate or master's degree.
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English.
• Experience of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, live chat or social media customer support.
• Ability to multitask and manage several chat sessions at once.
