Social Media Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Social Media Community Manager to engage with prospective students, parents, counsellors and other stakeholders across our digital channels. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting lead‑generation activities for the institute.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and schedule approved content on all social platforms according to the content calendar.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing teams to manage inquiry handling and lead follow‑ups.
• Track audience sentiment, brand mentions and competitor activity, escalating sensitive issues when needed.
• Maintain records of FAQs and community feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support digital engagement for campaigns, events and admission drives.
• Prepare monthly reports on engagement metrics, audience interactions and community growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in community or social‑media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Understanding of social‑media analytics and reporting.
• Experience with CRM or lead‑management tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
