Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content ideas tailored to LeanPBX’s B2B SaaS audience.
• Write engaging captions, post copy and basic video scripts to increase engagement.
• Design graphics, carousels and short‑form videos using Canva or similar tools.
• Schedule, publish and manage consistent posts across multiple platforms.
• Repurpose founder notes, product updates and video material into diverse content formats.
• Monitor analytics, track engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
• Respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community interaction.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date content calendar aligned with marketing goals and product launches.
• Conduct competitor research and stay informed on AI, SaaS and small‑business marketing trends.
