Social Media Manager – Fintech (Lahore)

About the role

Zpayso, a fast‑growing digital payment solutions provider, is looking for a creative and performance‑driven Social Media Manager to strengthen its online presence and generate qualified leads. The role is based in Wapda Town, Lahore and focuses on both organic and paid social initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Zpayso’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Plan, execute and optimise creative campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
• Create compelling content such as captions, reels, stories and campaign briefs aligned with the brand voice.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns using Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor analytics, engagement rates, CTR and overall campaign performance to continuously improve results.
• Build and nurture an online community that reinforces the brand’s reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms and audience targeting.
• Proven ability to generate leads through both organic and paid strategies.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva and related marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity and analytical mindset.
