About the role
Institute Cosmetique is hiring a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager for its marketing team. The role covers social media growth, content creation and campaign management, and suits someone passionate about digital marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms
- Create, schedule and publish engaging content
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
- Experience in the skincare, beauty, healthcare or aesthetic industry is preferred
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media analytics and scheduling tools
