About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to shape and maintain our online presence across multiple platforms. The role involves developing engaging content, driving community interaction, and measuring the impact of social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and other relevant channels.
• Develop and execute social‑media strategies that boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication of posts.
• Monitor trends, hashtags and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant.
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to produce visual assets and campaigns.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Manage community engagement by responding to messages and comments.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset combined with creative thinking.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar social‑media management tools.
• Familiarity with Hootsuite or comparable scheduling platforms.
• Basic proficiency in Canva or other design collaboration tools.
