Social Media Manager

About the role

Fasset is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms. Working closely with the Marketing, Design and Content teams, you will create and execute innovative campaigns that boost brand preference and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, create and publish social media content and campaigns, including Key Opinion Leader initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Design to produce engaging visual assets and with Content/Agencies for promotional videos.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of social media best practices, trends and platform technologies.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality assets and clear briefing across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in content creation, marketing or communications.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with major social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
