Social Media Manager

About the role

FoneRep Technologies seeks a creative Social Media & Content Executive to manage and grow the online presence of its technology and SaaS portfolio. Working closely with the founder, developers, and graphic designer, you will translate technical product features into engaging social media content.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prepare monthly social media content calendars for multiple brands.
• Write LinkedIn posts, captions, carousel content and short‑video scripts.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer to produce posts, carousels and videos.
• Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook; assist with YouTube, blogs and email campaigns.
• Monitor competitors, trends and industry conversations; respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Track reach, engagement, profile visits, inquiries and qualified leads; prepare monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Excellent written English with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Good research, organization and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn product details and work on‑site from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday‑Friday.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Canva.
• Experience using ChatGPT for content creation.
• Proficiency with social media scheduling tools.
