About the role
We are seeking a creative and results‑oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness, drive engagement and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, schedule and manage engaging content across all major platforms.
- Monitor channels, respond to audience interactions and nurture online communities.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid social advertising campaigns.
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent diploma/associate degree).
- 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
