Solution Delivery Associate
Geeks Ltd
Job description
About the role
GeeksGeeks is a technology company that combines human insight with artificial intelligence to help businesses deliver software faster. As a Solution Delivery Associate in its global team, you will bring business analysis and project delivery together, working with clients, designers, technical leads, developers and QA specialists to shape fit-for-purpose solutions and organise their delivery. You will use and continuously improve AI agent workflows, with humans in the loop for every key decision and clear, auditable records. The role suits a junior-to-mid-level candidate, assessed on demonstrated capability and potential.
Key responsibilities
- Lead routine discovery workshops and progress conversations, understanding client processes, users, business rules, constraints and intended outcomes.
- Scope use cases, analyse functional and non-functional requirements, and design personas, workflow models and low-fidelity prototypes.
- Create work breakdown structures with work packages, owners, estimates, dependencies and completion criteria, and build realistic plans with technical colleagues.
- Act as the client's main day-to-day contact, managing delivery coordination, forecasts, risks, actions and change control, and escalating blockers early.
- Coordinate testing, client acceptance, handover and reviews of adoption and value.
- Identify UX, workflow, AI and follow-on opportunities with the Client Delivery Lead, and create, test and improve agent workflows.
- Maintain human approval points, decision evidence, version history and AI register records.
Required profile
- Analytical, inquisitive, ambitious and accountable, with high emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and coachable, able to learn unfamiliar businesses quickly.
- Excellent spoken and written English, able to work with clients across the UK, Europe, Canada and the US.
- Ideal background: experience shaping or delivering bespoke B2B software for external clients, especially operational workflows, business systems and integrations.
Required skills
- Business analysis and design: scoping use cases, defining personas and workflows, writing testable acceptance criteria.
- Planning: decomposing scope, sequencing work and validating estimates and schedules.
- Strong understanding of data models, data quality, integrations and AI, including distinguishing deterministic rules from AI judgement.
- Practical agent building: creating or configuring agent workflows and designing human review steps.
- Commercial awareness and ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
To apply, submit your CV and LinkedIn profile, with a short example of a solution or project you helped deliver and an agent workflow you created. Selection includes a first interview, a two-hour fictional take-home exercise and a live review.
