Solution Engineer - Finance

About the role

Nakisa, a global provider of AI-powered enterprise software for HR, financial management and commercial real estate, is looking for a Solution Engineer with a strong financial background. You will demonstrate the value of Nakisa Finance solutions through tailored customer demos, support the sales team with deal-closure documentation, and become the subject matter expert for internal and external clients. The role sits close to Marketing, R&D and Product.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and share lease accounting best practices and support sales and implementation projects as a subject-matter expert.
• Support RFP/RFI processes where technical expertise is needed.
• Prepare and deliver business-level presentations and assist with customer proof of concepts.
• Provide feedback to the product team on solution enhancements and market requirements.
• Act as the primary advocate for the Finance product lines internally and externally.
• Support QA in testing lease accounting journal entries and disclosure reporting.

Required profile

• ACCA member with at least 3 years of post-membership experience.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Nice to have: experience in an IT/ERP environment, product demonstrations (ideally accounting focused), and lease accounting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, especially IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
• Strong critical thinking and innovative approach.
