Strategy Manager

About the role

Disrupt is building the planning, reporting and decision-making infrastructure for its Executive Committee and Core Leadership Team, and is hiring a Strategy Manager to design and run it. The role sits under the Executive Committee (the Founding Partners) with the SVP, Strategy, Partnerships & Investments as anchor, and is intended as a stepping stone to Chief of Staff.

Key responsibilities

• Goal setting and OKRs: run annual objectives, quarterly OKRs and monthly targets, the weekly leadership tracking rhythm and the follow-through loop of decisions and actions.
• Prioritisation: maintain a single view of work in flight, drive reprioritisation and turn leadership intent into workplans with named owners and milestones.
• Strategic analysis: build unit economics, business cases, scenario and sensitivity models, pressure-test proposals and run post-mortems on major bets.
• Reporting and governance: build a single monthly performance view, set up monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews and portfolio reviews, establish decision governance and create a decision log.
• Leadership communication: prepare board, investor and leadership materials, brief EC and CLT members and manage the CLT operating rhythm.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of post-graduate experience, mostly in management consulting at a top-tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or a strong strategy firm; candidates who moved into a strategy, chief-of-staff or corporate development role at a high-growth company are also considered.
• Ownership of complete workstreams with direct exposure to client or company leadership.
• Advanced structured problem solving, genuine financial fluency and executive-level written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: top-tier consulting training, venture-building or investment experience, MENAP or global tech exposure, and a long-term career in Pakistan.
