eCommerce Virtual Assistant (eBay & TikTok Shop)

About the role

10native is a digital agency that runs online stores for its own brands and for clients. It is looking for an organised, proactive eCommerce Virtual Assistant to run its eBay and TikTok Shop stores day to day, keep accounts healthy, look after customers and help grow sales. The position is full-time and must be worked onsite in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update listings with clear titles, accurate descriptions, keywords, images, pricing and variations
• Research products, competitors and pricing to suggest new opportunities, and keep an eye on stock to prevent overselling
• Monitor orders daily and ensure they are processed, shipped and tracked on time; follow up on delays, cancellations, returns and refunds
• Reply to customer messages professionally and within required response times, handle complaints and escalate sensitive cases
• Work with suppliers, fulfilment partners and the team to fix issues, and protect account health by tracking dashboards, notifications and performance metrics
• Track policy changes, fix listing violations, suppressed listings and account warnings, and prepare information for support tickets and appeals
• Set up and monitor approved discounts, coupons and campaigns, and help coordinate TikTok Shop affiliates and creators
• Track listing and campaign performance, work with content, design and marketing teams, and send a daily update plus weekly reports
• Maintain spreadsheets, task trackers and store records, flag problems early and document recurring processes

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with eBay Seller Hub and TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Clear written English and professional communication
• Strong organisation, follow-through and problem-solving, able to manage multiple stores
• Able to work onsite in Karachi
• Nice to have: experience with marketplace promotions, TikTok affiliates, reporting or managing client accounts
