Admin Manager

About the role

Pizza Bistro, a new pizza restaurant in the Saba Commercial Area of DHA Phase 5, Karachi, is hiring an Admin Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Karachi division, responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations and supporting the restaurant's efficient, organized operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage documentation, coordinate staff schedules and maintain records
• Support compliance with internal policies and local regulations
• Supervise office and restaurant support functions and monitor inventory-related paperwork
• Handle vendor and service provider coordination
• Assist with basic financial and HR administrative tasks
• Work with management to streamline processes and improve communication between teams

Required profile

• Prior experience in administrative or operations roles; hospitality or restaurant management experience is an advantage
• Relevant education in business administration, management or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Attention to detail, reliability and a proactive approach to solving operational issues

Required skills

• Record keeping, documentation management and scheduling
• Vendor coordination, inventory paperwork and office supply management
• Basic HR and people management, including staff files, onboarding and attendance and shift support
• Basic financial administration: petty cash, invoice verification, expense reporting and reconciliation
• Office software such as spreadsheets and word processing, and digital reporting tools
