Surveillance & Security In-Charge

About the role

AHK Global Solutions is hiring a Surveillance & Security In-Charge for its Administration & Security department, based on-site at Walton Road, Lahore. The role reports to the HR / Administration Manager and covers the night shift. The person oversees CCTV surveillance, supervises security guards, controls access to the premises and ensures the safety of employees, visitors, company assets and office facilities during the night.

Key responsibilities

• CCTV monitoring: watch cameras continuously, spot and report suspicious activity, unauthorized movement and violations, check entry/exit points, parking and corridors, review footage when needed, and keep cameras, DVR/NVR systems and recording equipment working while keeping footage confidential.
• Supervise security guards: allocate duties, check attendance, punctuality, discipline, uniform and alertness, ensure proper handovers, run shift briefings, and report misconduct, absences or staffing issues to the manager.
• Access control and visitor management: allow only authorized people in, verify identities, keep visitor entry and exit records, and keep restricted areas secure.

Required profile

• Vigilant, disciplined and responsible, able to lead security personnel.
• Capable of identifying potential threats, managing emergencies and maintaining security operations throughout the night shift.
