Systems Engineer - IT Support

About the role

Pakistan Single Window is hiring a Systems Engineer for its Digital Infrastructure Services department in Islamabad. The role keeps all IT systems running smoothly, supports users at L1 and L2 level, and covers network, Office 365 and SharePoint administration.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware, operating systems, software and applications; administer IT peripherals such as printers and scanners
• L1 and L2 support for desktop and laptop users, including user administration on the domain controller and Office 365 configuration
• Maintain the IT asset inventory and install and manage anti-virus software
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain network equipment, LANs, WAN links, wireless networks and the intranet, and monitor bandwidth and outages
• Keep meeting equipment in working order and upload jobs, tenders, policies and legal sections to the PSW website
• Manage Office 365 SharePoint sites, site collections, lists, document libraries and workflows, including Microsoft Flows (Power Automate)
• Support end users with SharePoint and resolve day-to-day issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or ICT (preferred)
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Certification in Microsoft technologies (Office 365, SharePoint) is a plus
