Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This is a flexible, commission‑only opportunity where you introduce the product to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR and recruiting contacts in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather and relay user feedback to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience.
• Active network of HR and talent acquisition contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule.
