Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist supports the line manager in designing and executing recruitment and employer branding strategies. The role ensures timely hiring, builds strong talent pipelines, and enhances the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business and workforce plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring for assigned roles.
• Utilise multiple channels such as internal databases, job portals, advertising, placement offices, referrals, and LinkedIn to attract candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and tests, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Plan and manage MTO, Trainee Engineer, and Apprenticeship programs in partnership with Plant HR and Operations.
• Execute employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, campus engagements, and social‑media hiring campaigns.
• Maintain accurate hiring data, interview trackers, referral logs, vacancy reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Identify process improvements and share best practices to boost recruitment efficiency.
• Guide and support junior team members where applicable.

Required profile

• BBA or MBA, preferably in Human Resources.
• 5‑6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Sound decision‑making with attention to detail and timelines.
