Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of roles. This full‑time remote position works on EST hours and offers the chance to build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards such as Indeed and Glassdoor, and other channels.
• Write and post compelling job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in the ATS.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the team lead.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment during EST hours.
