Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Multiinsight is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full recruitment function and act as a strategic hiring partner for leadership. You will build talent pipelines, manage end‑to‑end hiring, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while overseeing key HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for multiple departments.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and creative channels.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate technical fit, cultural alignment and growth potential.
• Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide hiring managers with regular pipeline updates and market insights.
• Design proactive sourcing strategies and continuously improve the candidate experience.
• Handle offer negotiations, closing processes and ensure timely hiring.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, attendance management and employee documentation.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance rate and source effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within eCommerce or digital‑marketing agencies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand and identify high‑quality talent that matches agency culture.
• Experience managing multiple open positions while maintaining speed and quality.
