Talent Acquisition Specialist – End-to-End Recruitment

About the role

TechoMatrix is seeking a results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring metrics and status updates.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing initiatives and onboarding documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring subject‑matter experts, content writers, researchers, educators or freelance talent.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Rozee and other platforms.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and stakeholder‑management skills.
