Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–4 years of recruitment experience to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical, non‑technical, and leadership positions. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and delivering quality hires while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning and sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead hiring for a variety of roles, including technical, non‑technical, leadership, and niche positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and craft recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Screen resumes, conduct competency‑based interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation, issue offer letters, and manage offer‑to‑joining conversions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics in the ATS.
• Drive employer branding through social media, career fairs, campus hiring, and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and meet monthly hiring targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated ability to hire for technical, non‑technical, customer support, and leadership roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
